The Stand with Estela Casas Cancer Foundation mini grant provides assistance support for a variety of patient needs associated with a breast cancer diagnosis such as transportation to and from consultations and their chemotherapy and/or radiation appointments, wigs, compression sleeves, and maybe even flowers or a prayer blanket!
The CCDC utilizes Patient Navigators to identify and enroll eligible women whose income is below the 200% Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Assistance is limited, please contact us for more information.
